Mor Furniture? How about NO furniture!

On June 1st I bought and paid for a dinette set from Mor Furniture. The set included a table and four chairs. At the time of purchase, I was told everything was in stock and would be delivered immediately.
After numerous phone calls (the last two not returned) and nearly 3 months later, I'm still missing two dining chairs. They are on "backorder" for an indefinite time period. My salesman, John, doesn't return phone calls. I want and need my chairs.
It would have been easier and more beneficial to me to pay MORE elsewhere and at least get the merchandise I was paying for in a timely fashion. I had no idea Mor was going to hold the last two chairs hostage.
I feel totally screwed over by this company with their complete indifference to paying customers. They should not take money up front for merchandise that they do not have in stock, especially when they can't tell you exactly when you might be getting it.
