I purchased a pub-style table and chairs for $314.99. Six months later, one of the chairs collapsed. Numerous contacts to FM Furniture were unanswered. I filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs in March and the BBB in May. FM Furniture did not respond to these organizations either. This is a horrible company and with non existent customer service. Be warned! Stay away from this company. Do your research and search the internet to find numerous customers complaining about FM Furniture and the poor quality of their merchandise. I will never shop their again nor any other business that the owner, Mollie Nappo, has anything to do with.
