Quisana homes mark george dana george Failed to perform work promised in signed contracts after closing. Owes approx. 18,780.00 in work and has TOLD us he will only give us $9000.00 but not do any work

Cielo Homes, Mark and Dana George are ripping us off of approx. $18,780.00. We bought a model home from them at Quisana Homes development, Scottsdale AZ. We leased it back to them for 18 months. The first 14 months went very well. The last 3-4 we went thru pure hell. Non payment of rent for weeks at a time, said he mailed checks that never show up and bounced checks, one for $9000.00 for rent, stopped paying landscapers, pool company, so I had to go in and pay for all these services myself even thou I paid in my HOA, which now has no money and they want us to keep paying it. At end of lease he was to build a block fence around home, replace carpeting, among other smaller items around the home, so we could resell it. He has failed to do any of these items and then offers us 50 cents on the dollar, $9000.00, to just go away. We can't get the work done for the money he is offering. They are being foreclosed on by Los Padres Bank and go to sale November 9. They are still trying to sell homes out there, don't want to see anyone else hurt by their tactics
