Did not get anything - beachside series

I ordered a park model home on Feb 1. Put a deposit of $9000.00 on Discover Card (for protection). I never got my home or my $9000.00 from Discover Card either. The new owners promised to build for the balance due but could not seem to be able to fulfill this promise. Then I was asked for $3600.00 to buy the chassis to build my home on. I sen t that amount in a check to them. I received a promissory note for the $3600.00 to be paid on July % and the second half Aug 5. It is now Aug 5 and no money yet and the phone has been disconnected.
