Bill scam

I acquired a bill for $307.00 to get a condo i hired. How-ever i did so not really reside in it until a mo. Later. Nothing was on! With no one lived in the condo. Also the apartment manager spoke for them i still needed to pay it or they were going to shut the ability off! I desire i'd never authorized a contract together but i'll say this it'll be the final agreement i'll ever sign together. They're the biggest ripoff. I desire somebody would help individuals with companies such as this. But they get away with everything the full time. They have to put them in jail and through away the important thing!!!
