We purchased a foreclosed house in '08. Your name business, Crucial Name of Reston, Va., additional HMS property insurance into our final document the final moment whenever we shut the home. The cost was not outlined your day before whenever we required a duplicate of the projected costs. As it happens that HMS was a complete frustration. We have never obtained the comprehensive record by whatare coated and what're not. Therefore essentially any issues are put through the intepretations of HMS. Couple of months after we shifted in, we observed some roof spots underneath the upstairs toilet and named HMS. HMS delivered an area organization, E&E Plumbing, to look at the issues. The plumber from E&E visually examined the issues and stated that the ground wasnot leveled and also the bathroom wasnot correctly fitted. Hence HMS insurance would not protect it. He also suggested us to upgrade THE WHOLE bathroom floor. We subsequently named a completely independent plumber and he explained it the floor was good, you should not upgrade the whole ground. He eliminated the toilet, place some concrete underneath the 12x12 tile, transformed the flanges and also the polish band and reset the toilet. And also the issue was eliminated!!! Our classes: Do Not purchase HMS insurance, and do not use E&E Plumbing in N. Va.
