Refusal to perform service/coverage

I'm tired of being jerked around by HMS. They lied in my experience and stated that I'd delivered a modified tackle type to them therefore my repair type never appeared and from the period that I named them, they stated that I'd overlooked the contract and was no further protected. After I requested to determine this record they stated that I delivered and closed, they mightnot create it SINCE IT DID NOT EXSIST

Your dishwasher overflowed.initial $100 deductible visit, the plumber could not find something wrong. The Next $100 deductible visit, the plumber shifted the discharge point. The Next visit, the plumber lectured people not utilizing a dishwasher cleaning liquid. The 4th state and another $100 deductible, I insisted that the diverse plumber be utilized. This plumber showed us the discharge pit which had so much develop onto it the water could not strain quickly enough. Additionally, he showed us the discharge point wasn't situated properly and that's the "101" of plumbing for that dishwasher. Actually, with $400 settled in deductibles, WE'RE ABLE TO HAVE EXPERIENCED A FRESH DISHWASHER MOUNTED and our timber surfaces within our home were now ruined.

Today we're coping with the lies from HMS on our bathroom. We've had 5 appointments/$100 deductible each previously three years just because a bathroom isn't functioning correctly. The final two plumbers stated that the bathroom must be changed but HMS stated that it had been not included in the plan since within their documents, they'd the bathroom was "damaged." The plumbers NEVER stated that "cracked" garbage to us therefore after several telephone calls and being placed on store, a boss talked using the plumbers and reduced-n-behold, the bathroom wasn't cracked! The boss apologized, accepted the mistake (falsifying papers) and stated that a plumber is likely to be out in three times to displace. Shock, surprise, a plumber never turned up. We named hms plus they don't have any record of the conversation with the supervisor and the approval for the toilet alternative. The broker confirmed on her behalf doc the bathroom was damaged.

The lies and run around that HMS is ABSURD!
