Shut Off Despite Payments

I have been spending DTE Energy $245.00 regularly each month (yes, even yet in summer time) simply because they enrolled me in a shutoff safety strategy. I created my last cost on July 15th, but obtained a disconnect detect on August 13th. They'll not consider funds, but rather explained to contact DHS request aid with my statement. I am unemployed and also have two young kids. I understand if providers are turn off, I'll not have the ability to reconnect since Iam attempting to help my loved ones on my meager UIA advantages. I really could comprehend having my support switched off easily were not paying my statement, but I'm spending.
