Power shut off

I simply shifted from Italy to US, and so my SSN is fresh and do not have a credit rating. As a result of this, my electrical business, TECO needed me to provide a 240$ deposit (what I did so). Several period later they evidently attempted to make contact with me simply because they needed more proofs of my identification (Idcard, and SS card backup), nevertheless when they named me, used to do not reply and at the moment my voicemail wasn't setup. Long story short I never understand this phone, and that I didn't realize that they needed these files. Recently TECO simply switched off our energy. After I approached them I told them that I never obtained any statement (we simply obtain and settled these deliver towards the rental middle 30 days before), plus they explained that’s simply because they didn't obtain these files. I had been truly pissed since, it’s been 30 days since my voice-mail works plus they never attempt to contact me again, they NEVER send us a warning page or perhaps a disconnect notice, so when they switched off the energy the man didn't actually arrived at our condo to describe the problem. I told them that I had been ready to pay for at this time by charge card, that I've a-1-year-old child and required AC for that evening, that I'm gonna free all my food in my own fridge… they simply didn't care. I deliver all of the doc recently plus they explained that it'll consider 48h for having capacity to turn on, which I'll need to gives 60$ costs for restarting the support! All of this is authorized? The corporation isn't designed to deliver a notice before switch off energy? They're not designed to switch off energy simply to delinquent? Again I NEVER obtain any bill… Thanks for the help…
