Ripoff Sr. And Rickey Castaneda took $1000.00 to change heating units from gas to electric units were to be brand new Never finished ripoff

I have written John Cornyn Attny. Gereral office/JoAnn Farris Office/Attny. Margaret Turner Carrigan / Talk with Mr. John Wylie Price. The Castaneda were to install new heating units in my 6 month old house; from gas to electric.

Rickey Castaneda immediately came over to picked up my check with a contract. The installation was to take place the next day. After 2mos. They finanlly install the wiring and 2 connection in the electic panel. Sr. Castaneda came after a hole was put in my ceiling and said the Rickey was waiting for 2 units that was coming out of a very old house that the people were waiting to replace there units that was old with new units. I told him then that I wanted my money back because I was to have Brand new units.

Mr. Castaneda Apologized for his son and said that he would give me my $1500 back with interest. After mos. I finally recieved $500.00 from Sr. He came to Sport City Toyota and wrote a check to the dealership for my car repairs. I ask if he would write a check for the repairs and give me the differerce and lets be done with this. Mr. Castaneda said that I can't make him gave me anything. Now there cell phone were disconnected and they want reply back to no one. I want my money back. Please help!!! Thanks
