Bad driveway job - sued in small claims - I won - and he failed to pay Greenwood

Contracted to install a new driveway in front of my home. Tilcon, asphalt supplier, determimed he let asphalt get cold, therefore it was not properly installed.
I took him to small claims court. The court found him guilt, and was ordered to replace driveway and/or pay home owner $6000.00.

He didn't show to replace driveway and didn't answer calls to pay money owed.
I contacted a lawyer to recover funds, but was advised Mr Romanish had too many liens against him and won't take the case.
I wouldn't use Mr Romanish and/or his company Walls & patios, plus, inc.
He is a RIPOFF.
