The company never completed the job, they took my money and never came back

I contracted Roberts Asphalt CO., Inc. To do a job for me. The job was the following: 1) grading the driveway 2) Installing 5" RCA 3) Installing 2 1/2 inches of black top 4) Patch up the holes in the road 5) Upgrading the guarantee from 1 year to 3 year. { all of this i have in the contract signed initialed }I have been trying to contact the company for the past few months, the receptionist promised me that someone will come to see and fill everything that needs to be fixed, NOBODY has showed and I am still having the same problems: The grading of the driveway was not done properly, water get stuck and doesnt go down, leaving stains on the driveway. The water also sits there due to the fact that the driveway was not done the proper way. The road cracks have not been repaired as promised. They took my money and never came back to finish the jo
