Bonus Building Care
They are saying we have to buy out our contract, though it's nowhere in our agreement

We have recently had some issues with our local cleaning crew (through Bonus Building Care) and because of recent actions, we have decided to terminate our services. When we were trying to resolve this with the local corporate office, they are saying our only option (other than having another crew come in, which we don't want because their customer service has been below par) is to buy-out the remainder of our agreement. They are saying this and it is nowhere to be found in our agreement. Our agreement doesn't mention anything about this option. We aren't sure where they are even getting the buy-out option from, because again, it is not in our agreement.

Like I said, the customer service has been below par, ever since we brought up our complaints, and now, they aren't being reasonable in helping us resolve this peacefully.
