Don't use these guys if you want the job done

We contracted with this company to do painting on our new home in Chandler. Up-front it was discussed that we had a timeline to meet because carpet was going to be installed. Tony, the main contact informed us that would be no problem. He started the work, but then suddenly started becoming a no show on days he was supposed to work. The progress stopped. We called to see what the problem was and would get a new excuse seemingly each time - IF he actually answered the phone at all.

Even once we had to move on to another company to finish the work, we gave Tony an opportunity to work off the 700 dollars we estimate he still owes us for the work he hasn't completed, and he agreed to do so. THEN, HE WAS A NO SHOW AGAIN! It is apparent that this company will not maintain their commitments to their customers and at a minimum will leave you holding the bag.

We gave them many opportunities to make this right, and each time, surprisingly, Tony would make, then break his promise. Don't make the same mistake we did.
