Unhealthy dishwasher

I purchased a Whirpool Gold Diswasher Model GU2475XTVYO. I noticed after the third load of dishes water standing in the bottom of the machine. I rechecked my drain connection with my Kitchen Contractor to make sure he had installed it correctly and it was perfect. I called Customer Service and was told this is "Normal". I also questioned the amout of condensation accumilating on the sides and top and was told to wipe the inside of my dishwasher down with Jet Dry.
The mount of water left inside this dishwasher is unhealthy. It can lead to mold and bacteria growth. I plan to file a report with the Cunsumer Product Safety Commision and my state Attoney Generals Office of Consumer Affrairs for follow up.
