All Towns And Country Movers
PLease BEWARE this company damaged all our belongings it has been a heart wrenching nightmare!

PLease Please think again before you use this company read all the reports on the net, I wish we had! In 2 short days All Towns and Country have made our life hell and destroyed what it has taken us 25 years of marriage to accumulate. They told too many lies too list, they increased their price on the pick up day! They did not provide an inventory, or bill of lading.
Their van arrived at 5pm on the delivery day. They would not unload until we paid them cash in full. 30 mins after that the 2 chaps who had come down with the van, took off with the cash saying the driver was in charge. The driver was rude and unhelpful he said there was no inventory. He then took the cab part of the truck and disappeared for 5 hours, leaving us with 2 non English speaking Mexicans and one white guy, none of which had been part of the packing process or had worked for the company for a few weeks. When they opened the truck doors I could have cried it literally looked like the stuff had just been thrown in, In previous moves I never seen anything close to this. Consequently, we have so much damage: Sofa and rugs with holes they look like they have been dragged along. All wood furniture is dented chipped, scratched with several legs broken off... Which they had glued back with yellow wood glue before they brought it in the house. Lamps, glass, china tons smashed, even the work out machine is destroyed. The delivery guys whom I ended up feeling sorry for did not have any tools not even a knife! They did try to help assemble our beds but as there where so many parts missing it was a futile effort.
The office staff, MIKE in particular are rude and will not take my calls because I said they are scam artists, crooks and cowboys. Which I truly believe they are, they are most unprofessional company I have dealt with. As they will not furnish us with any paperwork it is very difficult to file a claim. We are taking legal advise and trying just to get the word out. It would be so nice if no other family has to endure what our family has suffered.
