After a terrible delivery service and not being happy with the goods received we have no answers about all the promises of satisfaction. Ireland

After being lied and ill-informed to where abouts in the world our furniture was during 2 weeks (sleeping on the floor and eating with the plate on the sofa) we were then informed that our order was in Holland at customs.
After several days more we decided to cancel the order and they answered that was in Alicante (near our village) and insured us that it was on its was to us the next day
The transport agency told us that was a mistake and that they had to return the pallet to Barcelona once again so we decided to cancel.
Mr Derek promise total satisfaction and even though we had to wait a further 4days whilst our order was taken from the next villiage all the way to Barcelona and back, we accept the goods and I stated very clearly that I wasn't going to pay for the transport. When the order eventually arrived they arrived opened. The transport for those was nearly 800 euro/dollar, the money was never refunded! Unfortunetly we had paid for the order and delivery up-front, something we will never so again.
