Beware of grand thief from Marlo

I bought a bedroom set at the Rockville store and the store did not honor many of their promises.
For one, the delivery date was later than what promised on their advertising.

Then, the delivery company did not call each time they came (they had to come several times indeed!).
When they came the first time, they brought an open box which they were not supposed to. Boxes are to be opened in front of the customer.

Had they checked that open box before coming, they would have seen it was the merchandise was damaged. First return; I missed my daughter's swim meet for nothing (and not the first one because of Marlo's incompetence and unprofessionalism).

Second delivery. Not informed of their arrival again. Wrong delivery again. Had they checked the box, the delivery people would have found out they had brought the wrong color furniture. I kept part of the furniture and sent out the wrong color piece. Second return.
On 12/12, I go to the store trying to cancel my order. I am talked into keeping the order and promised in writing a refund of delivery charges if I am not satisfied with last delivery (I got that in writing from Mr. Cornish).
Very late that evening, a delivery truck from Marlo showed up unannounced at my door.

I tried to have them pick up merchandise that was left at my house and I was expecting a full refund as it had been guaranteed to me in writing. However, I just received recently a bill for $343 for unreturned merchandise.

The delivery people picked up everything but the store is charging me for something that somehow went missing somewhere on transport. This will not happen on my watch or my wallet.

I will also contact The Better Business Bureau, The Attorney General and The Federal Trade Commission and whatever other organization I might find.
