Refused to replace defective, poorly made led lamps and grow lights

LEDwholesalers is selling defective, poorly and cheaply constructed, prone to failure, very expensive LED products that are expected to last 10 years or more but in reality stop operating after a few months.

His 30 day return policy is totally unrealistic. I purchased a $52 light bulb which was initially defective. I had to pay to return it to him before he would send out a replacement. And how can you have a 30 day return policy on a product that costs over $300 and should operate for a decade?

I purchased 10 bulbs and 8 of them have failed in less than 2 years. Wanye Wong [LEDwholesaler.com] admitted that the bulbs were not very good. I emailed Wayne and he gave me a credit toward a new purchase.

So why am I here complaining?

Because I have ordered over $1,000 worth of bulbs from him, many different kinds, and they all continue to fail and Wayne no longer seems interested in replacing them for credit toward a new product.

And the fact that 2 months ago I returned [at my own expense] 5 bulbs and he only gave me credit for 4. Then when I go to use my credit he stops answering email and telephone calls. It is two months now since I first asked to use the credit and not a word or acknowledgement.

It isn't Wayne's fault that his products are garbage that fail repeatedly, but he should be responsible and support his customers. He can't expect me to pay $42 for a light bulb that is supposed to last 10 years but fails in less than one year and not want a replacement. But apparently he does.

As it stands now Wayne promised me a $140 credit two months ago but refuses to answer telephone calls and email. Plus he didn't give me credit for one of the $65 bubls I returned [currently on sale for $52.] And now today looking at my LED bubls I see I have two more that have failed!

These LED's are a good idea, but the ones coming out of China today are cheap, defective and damaged. I know it isn't Wayne's fault that the solder joints and glue don't hold and that bulbs are failing, but he needs to take care of his customers and go after the manufacturers demanding reliable and properly made products.

Only one bulb I ordered from him has not shown any signs of a problem; the UFO. I hung it above an indoor banana plant and it has been operating fine for the last 12 months. LED's can work and Wayne should stop selling poorly cconstructed bulbs that fail one right after another.

Until LEDwholesalers.com finds quality manufacturers making LED's I am through purchasing anything from him. There are other reliable LED manufactureres out there who stand behind their products because they make a quality prouduct. I am off to alibaba to see if any of the Chinese distrubutors will stand behind their products.

I do not know of any other business who makes the customer pay return shipping when they send out defective merchandise.
