Totally unprofessional. A total rip off!

This firm was hired to correct a mold problem in my basement.

The workers had little knowledge, at lunchtime disappeared for hours, then worked a couple of hours and left.

It took 4 days to work on my basement (not very large) with the workers asking me how to do things, using my tools, etc.

In the end when I complained the owner could care less. He never sent anyone to fix the shoddy work or finish the work the previous crew never completed. I had to end up finishing this project myself and lost the deposit money to boot.

The owner, Shaune, talks a good game but in the end they use day labor who not even clean up after themselves. What a mess I had to finish and loose money.

Avoid American Restoration Service Inc like the plague or you WILL be sorry.
