Beware of them! Husqvarna TOTAL CROOKS, defective lawn tractors and they DO NOT STICK BY WARRANTY

I purchased my Husqvarna 48 inch cut lawn tractor in April. I thought they were supposed to be good quality lawn tractors. I purchased it from Lowe's in Prattville, Alabama. It seemed to work well in the beginning however when I tried to replace the blades with new ones I found that the Mandrel Housing
that holds the blades on was completely snapped off the bolts, upon inspection it was made from a very cheap aluminum type metal. I took the mandrel housing
to Terry's Small Engines in Maplesville, Alabama and he told me it was poorly made and normally they should not break, he said it looked defective. So we purchased a new mandrel housing for $60.00! We put the part on ourselves because the mower was a year old at the time I had no idea it was under warranty. Upon doing some research I learned that Husqvarna SUPPOSEDLY
stood by a two year warranty. So I contacted a customer service representative who told me the part SHOULD be covered no problem. So he told me to contact
the warranty department. I did and those smarmy people told me I did it wrong.
They said I was supposed to load it up (on a truck I do not have) and take it back to someone to decide if it was under warranty, so just like that.
NOTHING, go away lady you get nothing! You made the mistake of buying our problem product in so many words. SO I wrote a message to that guy that was what I will term COLORFUL, I did use profanity which I felt
was warranted at this point and he threatened me with arrest basically.
HEY I am not the one that perpetrated FRAUD which is illegal!!! SO I decided to go public and warn the world about husqvarna's crooked warranty practices! Whatever happened to good companies that stood
behind their products! All husqvarna sells are shoddy lawn mowers!
