The company claims that service is provided 24/7. It only took 4 (Four) days for someone to come and fix the refridgerator and damn how what was repaired/replaced was not covered. The man used MY vacuum cleaner and charged me for it. I had to pay the service fee, for a total of $196. This company is not reliable. The employees are incompetent. Somehow with every service call almost everything is not covered. Highly DON'T recommend!
