I sent in a report to the Ct BBB about the oil spill that Santa Energy caused in my home. Santa Energy responded that there was water already on the basement floor and that made the oil leak look worse then it was. That is a lie. There was no water on the basement and the furnace technician from another company that came here to fix the damage that Santa Energy caused reported that it looked like 15-20 gallons of oil leaked on the floor.

They also reported that they sent a man here the day after the event to restart the furnace and that the smell of oil was already gone. That is also a lie.
The rep from the insurance company was just here 28 days after the oil spill and saw the mess, and smelled the oil all over the house.

Santa Energy representatives lied to the BBB and lied to me.

These are the facts today. I will post more tomorrow when I get called back from the insurance company.
