Awful experience

Your Charbroil grill started firing fires out the leading. We named customer support. The individual at Charbroil believed to get images of the components under consideration and email them. We did this. And waited. And waited. We named, plus they stated they'd contact us once they identified the issue. We waited, then sent again. It's been many weeks and we've had no reaction whatsoever. Why inform individuals to photograph the applying, subsequently decline to even solution? We are purchasing another gas grill — although not a Charbroil.
