I ordered one of their H20 mops over the phone. I then started looking into the product and saw lots of complaints. LESS THAN AN HOUR later, I called the 800 number to cancel. I was given another number and told that's where I could cancel. I called that number and was told it would take 24 hours to get in their system and to call back the next day. I called about 16 hours after ordering it and was told I couldn't cancel because it was in 'the shipping process, ' even though it wouldn't be shipped for two weeks.

So, even after trying to cancel one hour after ordering, I'm told I'll have to have a return label sent to send it back and be responsible for the $35.00 shipping charges.in other words, YOU CANNOT cancel without paying for shipping charges even if it's a mere hour after ordering. What a rip off!

Don't buy from this company... They're dishonest.
