Never use this agency to buy or sell a home. They work with Fairbanks Capital, and they lie and cheat as much as Fairbanks. They fail to tell buyers the REAL problems with As-Is homes, although they already know, and they out right lie about problems. They try to get homes to sell for more than double what they are worth, and gauge customers. Beware. If you look at a home they are showing, get it inspected!!! Please don't fall into their trap!
