Manager is a crook! Uses mafia tactics to get more money out of customers!

After stumbling across this place my wife and I went in and proceeded to run up a tab of $4,000.00 worth of furniture items. As I was checking out with the manager/owner my wife asked one of the sales associates about a hutch she saw in the back. The sales associate went back and looked at it with my wife and came back and asked the owner how much they could sell it for since no price was marked. He said he would sell it for $900. Thinking that was a pretty good deal my wife and I purchased it as well. My wife asked him if he knew which one she meant and the displeasant gentleman snapped back that "I am the owner, I know my inventory."

After arriving at home we get a call from the owner saying we pressured him and he was confused about which hutch we meant and is going to have to charge us double the price. He did not apologize whatsoever, said it wasn't his fault and proceeded to curse at my wife. He said the only way we are getting any of our stuff is if we have the difference in price in cash when the delivery driver comes. All of this even though we have a paid receipt for the item at a price of $900.00.

The items arrived yesterday on 6/16 and its the wrong hutch and dining room chairs. When my wife complained now that the company already had our cash they threatened to take ALL of the stuff back and charge us. They are obviously cheaper items. The owner says all sales are final.
Do not do business with this man, he is a certified crook.
