Failure of new patio construction

We invested a large number of bucks on the fresh Beautistone deck significantly less than 2 yrs ago. Within months of its installment, we began having issues which increased last summer. Bits of patio were splitting off; the wax appeared to crash as unusual "bleach" places seemed all around the deck; and today we've a desperate area about the patio which leads to bits of stone & epoxy sticking with our bare toes and actually coming undone. Their local technician arrived numerous occasions (usually having a substantial wait before he might "match" us into his routine) & created a myriad of reasons: smog, the very fact we've a pool (though their marketing brochures display Beautistone mounted around pools & features of its advantages, plus our issues also seemed on an top deck area which doesn't possess a swimming); acid water even while plants dried up since the floor was dry. Nothing made sense, & at the conclusion of last-year's period, the workmen accepted they'd need to emerge this summer & do further work. Lo and see, Beautistone isn't any longer in Michigan, and initiatives to obtain return telephone calls and emails from their corporate workplace in Youngstown, OH, have already been defeated. We feel completely "had."
