This company is not licensed, bonded or insured - although they claim to be. They offer certain items in the contract and then they do not fulfill them. On paint jobs, they claim to clean and prime the walls, and they do not. They claim to remove and replace hardware for its protection and they do not. They claim to have employees, yet they use subs.
Once they run into a problem, they lose your file and disappear. Then if you press the issue, they just change names and claim that they're protected under the corporation and the corporation doesn't exist anymore.
