Bad installation, and they wanna charge me for repairs. Rip off

On Aug I've had my new heating and air conditioning unit installed. The same day it was installed the ac was not working properly we where stack for a weekend sweating our butts off. Finally on Monday they fixed it! Year later we had a problem again, ac was not cooling, the freon leaked out, they came in and fixed it. Two years later after the repair we have a leak again. I've paid almost a 9000 dollars for installation of this '" wonderful " and "energy saving" Trane system and they want to charge me a 1000 dollars to repair it! Rip off!
