MC Construction Resource Group is a General Contractor with a short and rocky history. Started in this company failed as McAdams Constructors Corp. And re-emerged as MC Construction Resource Group and failed to pay outstanding vendors.

Mr. McAdams may not be doing any thing criminal, however, his pratice of using the lowest bid from all his subcontractors and getting the job and then talking subs into 20% less cost and pocketing the remainder for his company is unethical. He short pays for work completed and takes 4 for 5 months to pay the remainder.

He uses one job to pay for another. His accounting practice is muddy at best. While he and his wife hide the company money from taxes by writing off personal trips as business, the rest of the company struggles to pay current accounts. His lifestyle improves greatly while those working for him get less than an adequate salary.

His company website is also filled with false information. MC Construction has never done any work in Virginia. It was a previous company that is no longer in business.
