Double charged - can't get resolution

Do not actually store in the Vernon Hills, IL Homedepot. On 5/16/09, I bought a garden tractor and components. It got more than 45 minutes to ring up my purchase since the worker was inexperienced. Works out he double-charged me for the whole purchase ($3200), after which released a credit ($1423) that I've never obtained. I've been attempting to use homedepot customer support and also the Vernon Hills shop for that previous 10 times, to solve this, but no chance. Everytime I contact, I get someone else that understands nothing. These men are fools. This problem remains uncertain. Do not actually look Homedepot Vernon Hills!
