Promised me free or extra stone if I purchased extra I have yet to recieve

I was looking at the stones at Bella Pietra in the Waipio Gentry Showroom. I was interested in purchasing one particular product from thier showroom.in the middle of doing the deal the owner of the store Layla Dedrick approached me. She noticed how much I was looking to purchase.

First of all the first guy I was working with was not the best of sales people. But that is so rude to just jump in at me I don't care if youre the owner or not. Show some respect to your employees. She gave him a glare like she was upset at him for not knowing everything. FYI it's your job to train him.

If he is not ready By the way Layla is a little rough around the edges with customers. She didn't make me feel comfortable and you can tell she is a major bitch. She went on and on about her stones which are over priced. She told me that if I purchased a certain ammount that she wouldn't charge me labor and she would give me enough material to fill my other garden.

I have yet to recieve a call back. I have been leaving messages on her cell phone, the business office and the coorporate office. I am left with an empty space which I have to look at everyday. Layla Dedrick is a scam artist and a liar. I showed her loyalty in the purchase and she screwed me! I will never buy another expensive ass stone from bella pietra hawaii. Or bellapietra.com
