Lost My Deposit For No Reason! Carthage

I rented fron Richard Reynolds.in having a pet I had to pay an additional 400 on top of the 350 existing deposit. Upon appropriate vacation of the premises, with no reason to take my deposit, I was not refunded, responded with reason, or acknowledged upon request to as why my deposit was not refunded. We, me and my fiance, spent 5 hours cleaning and photographing the apartment before we left and have called him several times and have been ignored. I would strongly suggest that for no reason anyone rent from him. He will steal your deposit!!!
