False Warranty Claims / Damaged Goods / Unauthorized dealers for many products / Very poor customer service

I would not recommend Lexington Overstock to anyone. The furniture, mattresses and accessories carry high quality brand names, but the products themselves are discards. I'm not talking about a tear, scratch or dent here and there. These are NOT overstock items, they are damaged furnishings.
If you must go there, be sure to get their warranty policy in writing on your receipt with their signatures. Check the delivered goods out within 2 weeks else be prepared to live with it.
If you do not get their warranty policy in writing (6 months to 1 year depending on the individual item), they WILL tell you that their furniture is AS-IS and that they have never had a warranty policy.
These folks are not authorized dealers for any of the products they sell, so if you run out of their warranty, the manufacturer cannot help you.
You may get lucky and find a couple of good products, but my recommendation is to check every square inch of the furniture, test your mattresses and accessories as soon as they are delivered.
BE SURE TO TAKE PICTURES of any problem areas from the very beginning and e-mail them consistently. Else you will find your business transaction going sour very, very quickly. Consider yourself warned.
