They blatantly lied to me and never delivered my furniture

Two months ago, I went in to purchase an entertainment center for my new TV. They were extremely eager to make a sale and knocked it down to half price. It was promised that it would ship from CA within 3 weeks. Every time I called to check on it, it was "still on its way and would be here soon". The last time I called, they said that it had never shipped. Apparently, it wasn't enough weight to justify sending a shipment!

So, they had been lying to me the whole time. Every time I called, it took at least 2 days for them to get back to me. And now, in order to get a refund, I have to go back into the store with my original paperwork. I realize that this may be standard procedure, but it's terribly inconvenient. Not to mention that my new TV has been sitting on the floor for 2 months now, and I have to go shopping all over again.
