Rip off security deposit, double bill for utilities, break lease

Please do not rent these townhouses. The accountant double billed me for utilities and even with the check in front of her refused to refund the money. Charged for trash/water/sewage after I had moved out. Charged $34 to repladce drip pans on stove. Over charged on repairs/cleaning for apartment. You can hear everything from your next door neighbors
