Failed to repair door properly

I had a very poor result with this company... They charged me over $800 attempting to fix my opener etc. I.E. Rail, sprocket, rollers, springs and the opener and sytem still did not work... After all this they sent out someone who did not test any thing and said their's nothing wrong with your door however we could put a new logic board in for $158 but i can't guarantee that will solve the problem ($35 for this visit)... Shortly after i had another company out who said the door was out of level and it was obvious to me when i looked at the cables and one was taut and the other was not... My opinion is these guys may be good opener installer s (?) but not mechanics. I would steer clear of this company, after spending almost $900 without fixing it. My opinion is there is nothing discount about them
