Didn't complete work to industry standards

This company installed a garage door on our home and then 2 years later when the opener stopped working we were told by the company that is putting in the new opener that Vantage did not complete the door installation to industry standards because they did not install new springs and balance the door. This led to the opener having to work too hard and breaking down. We are now having to pay an extra $300 to have the springs replaced when that should have been part of the standard process of replacing the garage door. Oh, and when I called the owner to tell him of his shoddy work, he told me to "stick it up my a*" (direct quote). Scam artists and rude! Nice combination... Wouldn't use these guys if I were you.
