Dishonest Undependable Poor Customer Service & Communication = Money Better Spent Elsewhere

Prices fluctuate from person to person, and trip to trip, based on what Terrin thinks he can squeeze out of you. Extremely poor customer service resulting in non communication.

Terrin did not complete job, did not deliver all promised plants, although they were paid for. Was quoted one price, but receipt showed that the prices had been raised higher than what was quoted. Terrin, co-owner, actually hung-up the phone when we called to find out where the missing plants were. Terrin insisted he did not charge for the plants, although the itemized receipt showed that they were charged and paid for.

Simply, this man is very good at sizing people up and working a story to get the most money from each customer, without delivering a quality product or experience.

In truth, his plants are incredibly neglected, lacking adequate dirt, and are not watered. Terrin stated that this was why he was selling to the general public at wholesale prices. But in reality, there are too many other wholesalers around to chance dealing with a dishonest and undependable nursery.
