Ripoff dishonest poor quality merchandise false advertising

Four Seasons Nursery always sent dead and moldy plants that never had a chance to survive. After several years of replacing poor quality plants with more of the same, they finally just stopped responding to my requests.

I filed a complaint with the Illinois BBB, but their rebuttals to my claims were so full of double talk and inaccurate information that the BBB finally closed the case without resolution. It wasn't the amount of money I had lost - it was the fact that this company could provide sub-standard products, fail to honor their guarantee, treat their customers like dirt and still stay in business that angered me!
