Never shipped product, backordered 3 plus months

I place an order on Jan 12 for 5 items. They all came one by one over a period of 2 months. The most important item that allowed me to close my shower wall for my contractor, was backordered for almost 3 months. Calls to company got excused and future ship dates. I last called April 6th and was told the item shipped that day. It's not here and when I call the company does not answer the phones. I have been charged on my credit card—and the higher amount over a sale price I should have gotten. Do not help keep this company running& even if it is still trying to do business.
Let's find the owner and shut him down for all future DBA's.
