Jimmy Paylor - Jason Yeomanns ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing hidden charges wrong info false charges

We wanted to put in hardwood flooring into our house, we got several estimates and went to Windows and more, asking if they could match the lowest estimate we got, which was $4700 to include removal and disposal of carpet, moving of furniture, hardwood installation, t and shoemolding and transitions to carpet and tile.
We were told by Jimmy Paylor, no problem as long as i would pay the installer directly.

We agreed on a deal and ordered the wood through them.
But then the story changed, all over sudden, the removal of carpet as well as the moving of the furniture was extra, shipping charges were extra and the moldings were not included.

We went back to Windows and more, phoned them several times, phone calls did not get returned and it was extremely difficult to get in touch with them.
They agreed on supplying the molding and we agreed on removing the carpet ourselves.

The molding that was then delivered was cheap, not matching molding from Lowes.

We didn't accept that and went back to them. They once again were very difficult to work with and very uncooperative. Gigi was very rude and inappropriate!
In the end we got our matching molding but it took more than 2 months to get a 2 day job finished and we ended up paying about $800 more than planned.

Very, very frustrating and we will never do business with these people again and I will make sure and let everybody know about the poor business practice.
