Refusal to refund money due

I requested a heat pad on March 2. It arrived quickly, however they delivered a 120-volt pad rather than the 23o volt pad which was requested. They stated they'd send the right one, that they did, and cost my charge card another $640, that they did. They stated they'd return the very first $640 back again to my charge card the moment the wrong pad was delivered. That we quickly delivered. Nevertheless when I obtained my charge card statement it had been still on the website. It's today April-13 and that I still haven't obtained a reimbursement for that overcharge which was their problem to start with. When they might have delivered the right pad there wouldn't have now been an issue. After numerous calls to "Mohamad" & "Brad" I still haven't gotten my reimbursement. All type of reasons from "just the operator may approve a reimbursement, and he's from the nation", to "I Will possess the seek advice from payment", to "Brad has gone out of work, but I'll have him contact when he gets back". And you know what, He never calls back. DON'T conduct business together. It's not worth the hassel. You will find greater pads available on the market from more trustworthy businesses.
