Poor Workmanship and Customer Service

I hired this company in October to install two toilets and a water heater. They had to come out to my house 5 times in order to get them installed.By the 5th time, water was still leaking from the upstairs toilet and they blamed the leak on "manufacturer defect." I had to hire another plumber who, in about an hour's time, uninstalled and reinstalled (correctly, mind you) the toilet. No leaks have occurred since it's been fixed.

Avoid this "professional" like the plague. I attempted to have this company resolve the concern, sent them two letters, and got no response from their "customer service" department. I'll never do business with this company again and encourage everybody to do the same. Horrible, horrible experience!
