This company was professional to start, over the phone, then it was down hill from there. I'll make this short and sweet. It was never told that there was a two hour minimum, and I was told that I would get my deposit back, which now I am told that it is a fee that was to hold my date. Later that evening when I returned to my residence My daughter noticed that her camera was missing. I placed the camera to charge prior to the movers and I leaving to the storage. When I contacted them regarding these issues I was told there was nothing they could do and they were sorry. How does a place like this stay in business?
