Poor Service/Inferior Product

We buy exactly what the salesman stated was "leading rug" in the market. What we got was bad rug which was totally alert within 5 weeks of the installment (really it had been after only a few months however the vacations were also insane to combat having a rug organization) After numerous requires more than 2 weeks today and needing to have their "independent" rug inspector emerge to examine the bad looking rug - have have required they emerge and take away the rug and that I need a return! I had been informed that they cannot do this... Why? Well we simply do not emerge and eliminate flooring since you do not enjoy it... Am i missing something here??? They are able to have their rug back - I'd like my money-back - i most definitely didn't get what i taken care of! I never obtained a duplicate of the "examination" statement which fundamentally mentioned that there is no mfg problems. The statement mentioned that there is some dirt around my beater brush of my Dyson vacuum - which some extra qualified cleansing might help with a few of the matting... THIS REALLY IS INSANE today I actually donot clear my home this is exactly why the rug is bad. I've a-2 yr-old - anyone who has kids realize that you're continuously washing and cleaning - Please don't make use of this organization... I truly want I'd observed a few of the criticism posts prior to the weird "used-car salesman" arrived... Essentially I simply need to tear out and discover a reliable seller...
