Customers Energy HAS GOT THE WORST customer support around. I also, got fooled into not getting document expenses, simply because I went online to create payment plans. We've transferred even though within our prior house I went online to create an arrangement, our statement was behind and present was due. Times are difficult. Anyhow, I created the agreement, created a cost, then I obtained a turn off notice. I named them, (waited on-hold for atleast 20 units), they stated my consideration was therefore delenquint, I really could not do cost arrangements plus they desired the entire stability. Why do they believe I made preparations? In whatever way, I'm still spending on that. Meanwhile we obtained the statement for the new home, an "estimation" reading of $470 anything, we weren't transferred in however, but possessed the home, no lamps, no-heat, no television, machine, dryer, etc. I attempted to contact, on-hold for 15 minute, missing sign on my telephone, lost endurance, hungup. Good, we will spend it. This weeks statement is $677. We're not home throughout the day, we change heat right down to 60 as much as 65 directly after we get home. Television not on the ton, no extreme something. Newer house with excellent air-tight windows, newer heater, not drafty everywhere. Heater not working continuously. Obviously I can not contact without waiting approximately half an hour. That has 30 miutes to sit down on-hold. Oh, so when I attempt to spend online for that additional home, after I sign in, there's my stability, after I visit the cost site, it claims CURRNTLY NO CHARGES!!! Exactly what a laugh!!!
