Claim Specialists: Claim Specialists, Watch out, they changed their company name. Still in business!

I worked for this company briefly during the summer of '08. (Sorry, folks. Didn't know they were going to drop the ball. It just looked like communication with clients was the weakest area of their business.) Just in the last two weeks, two homeowners called me to say they STILL don't have their roofs. Bad, bad, bad! This company is now going by the name, KG Roofing and Construction and it is probably their people I saw in my neighborhood in the orange vests. Those vests no longer say "CSI" on the back, but they do say "Roof Inspectors"

Do your homework when you hire roofers, please!

If you did not yet get your roof:

Go online to:
www.ago. State.Co. Us
click on the "Consumer Protection" tab
In the "Colorado Consumer Line" section, click on "Filing a complaint"
Click on the last line in that section: "Consumer Complaint Form"

Fill the form out and send it in. Also, phone your insurance agent and tell him/her what happened. Also give them the new company name that CSI is going under (KG Roofing and Construction).
