I purchased a "solar fountain" from the Houston store in May then in winter (Nov. For here) I cleaned it as instructed on the instuctions, and put it away in the garage.
In March the "solar fountain" no longer worked. I took it back to the Houston store (since it had a year guarentee) and they gave me another one. This defective model worked for less than 6 weeks!
I wrote a letter of complaint to the main office of Smith and Hawken. I received a letter of apology and a $25.00 gift certificate!!! The price of the fountain was $89.00 plus tax. It costs me $25.00 to get to their store!!!
What a rip-off!!! Buy cheap & if it breaks expect what I got!!
